You need to call the Mashreq Call Centre at least 4 business days in advance from the date & time of pick up/drop. The Call Centre number is printed on the back of your Credit Card. The bank’s Call Centre representative will ask for your travel details to share with the service provider. Upon confirmation, the service provider will send an email confirmation to your registered e-mail ID, and also share details of your chauffeur over SMS 12 to 24 hours before the pick-up time. You will then need to coordinate with the chauffeur to receive the service.
